Previously he led Business Development at onefinestay, a short term rental operator with 2,000+ luxury properties in NYC, LA, Miami, Hamptons, and Hudson Valley that was acquired by Accor Hotels for $170M. Before that, he worked in finance and venture capital at Canaan, a $5B AUM venture investor based in San Francisco, CA.

Kristin Vidot
Kristin is originally from New Jersey and brings a strong background in property management and accounting to the team. Prior to becoming a Transaction Coordinator, she served as the director of a property management team in Northern New Jersey and worked as an executive assistant at a large commercial real estate firm in Monroe County.
Her well-rounded experience spans leasing, financing, accounting, and both commercial and residential real estate, making her a valuable asset to our growing team. Kristin has held her Pennsylvania real estate license since 2018 and has been building her Transaction Coordination business ever since.
